Applicant is at least 18 years old who:

  • has an acquired brain injury or presents with needs which can benefit from 24 hour staff support in a residential setting.
  • is able and willing to live in a communal environment.
  • is able and willing to abide by house rules and regulations.
  • is motivated to participate in meaningful, productive activities, including employment if appropriate.
  • has no current addiction to drugs or alcohol, and understands and accepts that this house is a drug, alcohol and tobacco free home.
  • presents no danger of physical aggression toward self or others.
  • has no history of criminal behavior that would put staff or other residents at risk.
  • has no medical condition that cannot be managed safely in the residence.
  • has the financial resources to pay the expenses incurred by residence at new habitat.
