James Liebke has a B.A. from Salem State College in Psychology. Jim has worked in Human Services for over eleven years. Jim's human services career began as an intern at Fidelity House, Inc. There he later he became an Apartment Coordinator for three years, assisting individuals with transitions from a group home setting to his or her own apartment. Jim advanced his career with Nexus, Inc. where he worked for four years as a Director. He was responsible for overseeing multiple programs in both 24/7-staffed homes and individual support settings. Jim also has two years of experience in a corporate environment working in human resources. This experience has resulted in a solid and unique blend of clinical and business management skills.
Jim assumed the position of Program Director at New Habitat just as the program launched. At this time, Jim's strong clinical background and management experience made for a smooth transition. Jim played a valuable role in building an exceptional team of highly trained, professional staff. He has also done a tremendous job giving shape to the Board of Directors' vision and creating an environment where the residents have thrived.
